Some of her successes include obtaining a jury verdict and grant of punitive damages by unanimous decision of an 11- member jury, representing a plaintiff in a breach of contract and fraud case; and obtaining summary dismissal of her defendant client in a complex multi-million dollar class-action lawsuit alleging breach of fiduciary duties. Her litigation experience is unique among corporate lawyers and gives her valuable insight in helping her clients mitigate risk.
