Ellie Vilendrer has extensive experience serving healthcare and medical technology companies ranging from start-up to publicly traded, in roles including outside general counsel, intellectual property counsel, and privacy counsel. In these roles she has provided counsel and representation on HIPAA compliance and other privacy matters, intellectual property protection and software licensing, and business litigation.
